My aim is to help my clients improve the quality of their lives by working effectively to relieve pain, improve function and achieve a better sense of balance physically and emotionally. Being qualified & experienced in a variety of complementary therapies means that I can offer you the treatment that will be most beneficial for you and your unique circumstances. I work with those with chronic medical conditions such as Cancer, Parkinsons, MS as well as those who simply need time-out from their hectic lifestyle to nurture themselves. I am truly inspired by the transformations I see in my clients from their pain relief and easier, smoother movements to their greater sense of wellbeing.

With a background in nursing, I have been practising for over 30 years in a variety of settings both as a practitioner and with other health care professions. Experience includes working in clinics of complementary medicine, Cancer Care Centres, oncology wards, GP surgeries, sports centres, psychiatric and general hospitals, Social Services, Retail and Occupational Health Services, HIV/AIDS and other designated charities.

Since 2019 I have provided aromatherapy and massage in special schools in Bradford for children with severe complex physical and learning needs. Given that the remit was to enable learning, rather than therapy, I termed this work as ‘Aroma-Intervention’. Involving the senses of smell and touch to initiate relaxation and help the children feel happy and safe was an invaluable strategy to facilitate and enhance communication and learning. The success of Aroma-Intervention has resulted in me being invited to work in four other schools and Medical needs and hospital education services (MNHES) in West Yorkshire.
